As a Junior Support Analyst, you will be working with Mount Street’s highly experienced debt management team focusing on ensuring efficient IT operations.
You need to be able to work with your own initiative, and to deal with and support a wide range of users, diagnosing and solving their problems.
There are excellent opportunities for growth and progression with this role and you will be working with a team that relishes challenges, creativity and pursuing new and interesting technologies to help the organisation better manage assets for our clients.
The role would suit a recent school leaver or university graduate who has a strong interest in technology. In this role there is the opportunity to learn about the software, hardware and cloud services used by a growing financial services company
