Position overview:

Mount Street is a leading solutions provider to the investment community, delivering tailored products to investors and lenders participating in a full range of credit markets. We provide services across the front, middle and back office to our clients throughout the loan lifecycle, with market-leading expertise, a trusted team of professionals, and a proprietary technology system driving service excellence.
This is a full time role at Senior Associate level in the Asset Surveillance team based in London. This position is client facing and involves working with a range of commercial real estate equity investors and debt providers to provide asset surveillance and loan asset management services. Typically, the position involves equity and debt positions secured against commercial real estate and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate good credit experience in this area.

Work will involve the preparation of credit reporting, annual reviews, management of watch-list reports, supporting investors with bidder due diligence and underwriting, advising Lenders on issues requiring lender consent i.e. lease approvals, property sales and substitutions, advice to lenders concerning construction financing and draw-down requests and support with non-performing loans.

The successful candidate will assist with business development of the Asset Surveillance team. This is likely to involve establishing new, and building on established professional networks, attending client presentations, preparing bid documents, cross selling other services offered by the wider firm and generally, supporting the growth of the business.
